These terms cover your use of Sumi: Living Ink Paintings ("Sumi"), an app for iPhone and iPad. Installing or using Sumi means you accept them.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sumi on devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. The app and its artwork remain ours; the licence is to use the app, not to own it.
Recording or screenshotting Sumi for personal use, or for a review or a social post, is fine and needs no permission.
Sumi is free to download, and one scene stays free with no time limit. A single one-time in-app purchase unlocks the remaining scenes. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account and is covered by Family Sharing. If it does not appear on another device, use Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the account you bought it on.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue, approve, or reverse a refund. If something is broken, write to us anyway — we would rather fix it.
Sumi collects nothing and makes no network connections of its own. See the Privacy Policy.
Sumi is an artwork you look at. It is not a medical device and not a treatment. It makes no claim to diagnose, treat, or relieve any condition, and it is not a substitute for professional care.
We may update Sumi, change or retire scenes, or stop distributing the app. An already-purchased unlock stays valid for the versions you have installed. We cannot guarantee the app will keep working on future versions of iOS, though we intend to keep it working.
Sumi is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Continuing to use Sumi after that means you accept the revision.

本規約は、iPhone / iPad 向けアプリ「Sumi: Living Ink Paintings」（以下「本アプリ」）の 利用について定めるものです。インストールまたは利用をもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
お客様ご自身が所有または管理する端末で本アプリを利用する、譲渡不可・非独占の権利を許諾します。 Apple の 標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約 に準じます。本アプリおよびその絵・音の権利は当方に帰属し、許諾されるのは利用の権利であって 所有権ではありません。
個人利用の範囲での録画・スクリーンショット、レビューやSNS投稿への掲載は、許諾不要です。
ダウンロードは無料で、1シーンは期限なく無料のままです。買い切りのApp内課金1点で残りのシーンが 解放されます。サブスクリプションはなく、自動更新されるものはありません。
決済はすべてAppleが処理し、当方が支払い情報を受け取ることはありません。解放はApple アカウントに紐づき、ファミリー共有の対象です。別の端末で反映されない場合は、購入時と同じ アカウントでサインインのうえ Settings → Restore Purchases をお試しください。
返金はAppleの管轄であり、当方では対応できません。 reportaproblem.apple.com から申請してください。 当方には返金の実行・承認・取消のいずれもできません。不具合であれば、返金とは別にご連絡ください。 直したいので。
本アプリは一切の情報を収集せず、自ら通信を行いません。詳細は プライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
本アプリは眺めるための作品です。医療機器ではなく、治療でもありません。いかなる症状の診断・ 治療・軽減も標榜せず、専門的な医療の代わりになるものでもありません。
本アプリの更新、シーンの変更・終了、配信の停止を行う場合があります。購入済みの解放は、 インストール済みのバージョンにおいて有効です。将来のiOSでの動作を保証することはできませんが、 動作し続けるよう努めます。
本アプリは、法令の認める範囲において、いかなる保証もなく「現状のまま」提供されます。 間接損害・結果損害について当方は責任を負いません。ただし、法令上制限できない責任を 制限するものではなく、お客様の居住地の法令上の消費者の権利に影響を与えるものでもありません。
本規約を変更した場合、冒頭の日付を更新します。変更後も利用を継続された場合、変更に同意した ものとみなします。
